CMS Hasche Sigle advises capiton and CFH on the takeover of the svt Group
Berlin, 05.09.2008The private equity investors capiton AG and CFH GmbH together with management have taken over the svt Group. A team led by the Berlin partners Dr Eva Annett Grigoleit and Ralf Kurney advised CFH on this management buy-out. The Federal Cartel Office has not yet given clearance for the transaction. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed.
svt is one of the leading providers of systems for fire protection, restoration and environmental technology in Germany with a turnover of approx. EUR 67 million. The svt Group has 240 employees at 21 locations.
