When expectations are high, we are aware that it is also important to offer something in return. That is why we are prepared to invest in boosting the outstanding skills and qualities we demand from our lawyers. Hence our founding of the CMS Academy in Lausanne, Switzerland, in conjunction with our partner firms in the CMS Alliance and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
The training focuses on personal development and leadership skills. The Academy also offers seminars and workshops highlighting the latest developments in our clients’ companies and markets.
As an independent, non-profit organization, the IMD is a strong partner when it comes to training CMS lawyers. For over 50 years, it has offered courses for management executives from leading international companies. A renowned international management school, the IMD provides effective executive training at the highest level. Both the individual lawyer – who can undergo personal development and enhance their performance – and the firm benefit from this.
